2011 Training Program Evaluation

Attached is the report on the 2011 Training Program Evaluation. This report has been reviewed by the Board. Most of the recommendations will be resolved by future actions, or have already been resolved. For recommendations that will not be pursued, the report provides the rationale. You may also find the report on the TRSAR website. Again, thank you for participating in the survey and providing your thoughts on how to improve our training program. 2011 Training Program Evaluation

Introduction

Paragraph 7.M of the TRSAR Policies and Procedures requires that “The Training Officer will perform an annual training program evaluation and make recommendations to the Board for training program changes and improvements”. To initiate the evaluation, training program survey questions (Appendix A) were issued to the members. 250 recommendations were gathered from 45 members on the survey. Duplicate or similar recommendations were combined into 166 final recommendations.
