Tonto Rim Search and Rescue was asked by the Coconino Sheriffs' office to assist in a search for a missing 61 year old photographer north west of Cameron along the Little Colorado River. We were asked to perform a Grid search and also look along the edge and into the Little Colorado River gorge. The search was called off a few days later without finding the subject. The elevation difference between the top and bottom of the canyon is approximately 2000 ft.
